This locomotive with the settings made at the
factory cannot be operated with opposed polarity
DC power in braking track blocks. If this feature is
desired, then you must do without conventional
DC operation (CV 29 / Bit 2 = 0; CV 49 / Bit 1 = 2).
G
Malfunctions resulting from changes to the factory
settings of the locomotive electronics are caused
by the operator and do not give grounds for com-
plaint under our guarantee or warranty obligations.
G
The installed locomotive electronics offer a wide
range of adjustment options according to the
NMRA/DCC standard. A series of parameters are
stored to this end in what are known as CVs
(abbreviation for Configuration Variable). Please
refer to the operating instructions for your system
for the procedure for changing these setting
values. This operating system must comply with
NMRA/DCC standards if a perfect programming
function is to be guaranteed. The use of an un-
suitable operating system does not give grounds
for complaint under our guarantee or warranty
obligations.
