REGOLAZIONE DEL FINECORSA

PERICOLO - ATTENZIONE: in questa fase è richiesto l'avviamento
del martinetto con scatola aperta. Prestare la massima attenzione
perché ciò presenta condizioni di pericolo residuo.
1 - Montare il microinterruttore.
2 - Ruotare e bloccare il disco portacamma in modo che con anta chiusa ed in
appoggio ai fermi meccanici, la camma fissa azioni il microinterruttore.
3 - Avviare la rotazione del martinetto fino ad appoggiare perfettamente l'anta
agli arresti meccanici in apertura.
OBBLIGO: disattivare immediatamente l'alimentazione elettrica.
4 - Spostare e bloccare la camma mobile in modo che azioni il microinterrut-
tore. Le camme determinano l'angolo di rallentamento e di accostamento in
apertura/chiusura. La velocità di accostamento è determinata dalla regola-
zione apposita sulla apparecchiatura elettrica.

5 - Chiudere il coperchio della cassetta.
6 - Corredare il cancello dell'apposito cartello di segnalazione.

DANGER - WARNING: in this phase the jack must be started up with
the box open. This must be done with great care because it could
represent a danger.
1 - Fit the microswitch.
2 - Turn and block the cam disk so that when the leaf is closed and resting
against the mechanical stops, the fixed cam activates the microswitch.
3 - Start jack rotation until the leaf is resting against the opening mechanical stops.
REQUIREMENT: immediately disconnect the power supply.
4 - Move and block the mobile cam so that it activates the microswitch. The
cams determine the angle of dumping and approach during opening/clos-
ing. The approach speed is determined by the appropriate adjustment on
the electric device.
DANGER - WARNING: refer to the instructions for the control unit
mod. A 73 DC.
5 - Close the lid of the container.
6 - Place the appropriate warning card on the gate.

DANGER - ATTENTION: la mise en marche du vérin doit avoir lieu
avec le boîtier ouvert. Etre très prudent car ceci présente un risque
résiduel.
1 - Poser le micro-interrupteur.
2 - Tourner et bloquer le disque porte-came : le vantail fermé et appuyant sur
les butoirs mécaniques, la came fixe doit actionner le micro-interrupteur.
3 - Mettre le vérin en rotation jusqu'à ce que le vantail appuie parfaitement sur
les butoirs mécaniques en ouverture.
OBLIGATION: débrancher sans attendre l'alimentation électrique.
