The pressure should be reduced for weak or particularly thin rims; for thick rims that are
difficult to demount, it is recommended to adjust pressure to the maximum level.
Adjust the turntable opening by means of the "closing/opening" command (A fig.?),
according to the type of rim to be locked (see the examples in fig.16).
If the rim is larger than 40'' in the clamping point,
insert the specific clamps (A fig.17).
For wheels with a diameter smaller than 20'', it
is recommended to remove the tool holder (C
fig.17) and position it in the second hole using
the specific latch (E fig.17).
Arrange the wheel in a vertical position on the
level surface of the machine.
Use the turntable spindle carriage translation
controls to set the turntable so that the ends of
the clamps just touch the rim edge.
Then lock the turntable, selecting as the locking
point the area that is as inward as possible
depending on the form of the rim.
