8.2.5 "Swivelling" front wheels with swivel lock

The product can be equipped with swivelling front wheels to make steering easier.
The swivelling front wheels have a swivel lock that can be activated when needed. Activating the swivel lock
improves directional stability while driving.
Activating the swivel lock
1) Pull up the locking pin on both front wheels and rotate it by 90° (see fig. 19, item 1).
2) Engage the locking pin in the catch.
→ The front wheels cannot swivel (see fig. 19).
Deactivating the swivel lock
1) Pull up the locking pin on both front wheels and rotate it by 90° (see fig. 20, item 1).
2) Engage the locking pin in the rest position (flat recess) (see fig. 20, item 2).
→ The front wheels can swivel (see fig. 20).

8.3 Disassembly and transport

CAUTION
Grasping the product incorrectly while unfolding and folding
Pinching, crushing due to lack of caution in the area of the folding mechanism
► Do not reach into the area of the folding mechanism.
► Only grasp the product by the described parts.
► Avoid pinching yourself on movable components.
NOTICE
Deformation when folded
Damage to the product, problems unfolding due to unallowable loads
► Never place heavy objects on the folded product.
