– Remove the bottom of the air intake
vent, cutting it with a suitable tool (a);
– Turn the air intake vent (b) upside down
and replace the washer (5) with that
supplied with the kit cod. 8089904;
– Insert and push home the aspiration
diaphragm supplied with the kit cod.
8089904.
Protect aspiration with the optional acces-
sory cod. 8089501. The accessory is fitted
by cutting from any ø 80 extension pipe a
length of 50 mm which is then inserted
onto the air intake vent onto which the
accessory can then be inserted; lock the
length into place with the screws (fig. 7/a).
The kit cod. 8089904 is supplied with the
aspiration diaphragm that must be used
according to the maximum acceptable load
loss, as indicated in fig. 7/b.
Maximum acceptable load loss must not
be greater than 7.6 mm H
O in model "25
2
BF TS" - 9 mm H
O in model "30 BF TS".
2
Since the maximum length of the duct is
determined by the sum of the load losses of
the single accessories inserted, refer to
Table 1 for the calculation.
2.7.2
Coaxial duct
The ø 60/100 coaxial aspiration and
discharge duct is supplied in a kit cod.
8084811 complete with instruction leaflet
for fitting.
With the curve provided in the kit, the
maximum horizontal length of the duct
must not exceed 3.5 meters in model "25
BF TS" - 3 meters in model "30 BF TS".
With the use of the vertical extension
cod. 8086908, the terminal part of the
duct must always have a horizontal exit.
For connection to the boiler and the diffe-
rent types of discharge modalities, see fig.
8.
Diaphragm installation
The boiler is supplied with ø 86 diaphragms
(model "25 BF TS") and ø 87.5 diaphragms
(model "30 BF TS").
In discharge types C12-C42, install the
diaphragms only if the length of the coaxial
duct is less than 1 meter. In discharge
types C32, the diaphragm must be ordered
separately, as it is supplied as an optional
component, to be used according to the
indications given in fig. 8.
2.7.3
Separate ø 80 ducts
During installation, the provisions pursuant
to Standards and certain practical advice
should be followed:
– With direct aspiration from the external
environment, ducts with a length of more
than 1 meter should be insulated in
order to avoid the formation of dew on
