10 Troubleshooting
In order to increase the system availability of the welding robot,
ABICOR BINZEL offers the option of automated torch cleaning.
1 Remove gas nozzle.
2 Remove welding spatter and spray gas nozzle with the ABICOR BINZEL
anti-spatter agent.
3 Check wearing parts for visible damage and replace them, if required.
4 Replace equipment kit when worn or soiled.
5 Clean separating point and O-rings with silicone-free sealing grease.
6 Check TCP after each use or after a collision in the WH setup device.
WH/WHPP
1 Clean coupling parts and slightly grease them with silicone-free sealing
grease.
2 Check clamp clip for visible damage and replace the complete changeable
body, if required.
WHPP
3 Replace pressure lever, guide and wire delivery nipple when worn out.
NOTE
• When replacing the wire type or the wire diameter, the wire feed roller
must also be replaced.
• Maintain the contact area between the torch neck and the changeable
body flat and free of soiling.
• When mounting the insulating shells, make sure that no control lines are
squeezed.
NOTE
• Some problems are listed below, with descriptions of possible causes
and solutions. If the measures described below are not successful, please
consult your dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as power supply, air pressure line.
