10. LIMITED WARRANTY
Laerdal Medical warrants to the purchaser that its product(s)
is/are free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the ori-
ginal user. During the designated one (1) year period, Laerdal
Medical will, upon receipt of a product from the purchaser
and notification in writing of the defect, Laerdal will, at its op-
tion, repair or replace any parts of the entire product if de-
fect is due to materials or workmanship.
Products found to be defective and notification of defects
may also be sent to the authorized Laerdal Medical dealer
from whom the product was purchased. All postage, shipping
or handling charges shall be the sole responsibility of the pur-
chaser.
This limited warranty shall apply only if:
• service, repair, readjustment, or modification is carried
out by Laerdal Medical or
persons authorized by Laerdal Medical
• the product is used in the proper manner in strict
compliance with its Directions for Use.
Laerdal Medical shall not be liable under this warranty for in-
cidental or consequential damages, or in the event any unaut-
horized repairs or modifications have been made or attemp-
ted, or when the product or any part thereof has been da-
maged by accident, misuse or abuse.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, staining,
discolorization, or other cosmetic irregularity which does not
impede or degrade product performance.
Some states in the USA do not allow the exclusion or limita-
tion of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitati-
ons or exclusions may not apply to you.
There are no other expressed or implied warranties, whether
of merchantability, fitness of purpose, or otherwise, on the
product, its parts, and accessories.

10. GARANZIA LIMITATA

Laerdal Medical garantisce all'acquirente che il prodotto è
privo di difetti sia relativamente al materiale che alla lavorazi-
one per un periodo di un (1) anno a decorrere dalla data
dell'acquisto da parte del primo utente. Durante il periodo
designato di un (1) anno, Laerdal Medical riparerà o sostitui-
rà, a suo giudizio, qualunque parte del prodotto intero, dietro
ricevimento del prodotto da parte dell'acquirente con notifi-
ca scritta del difetto, qualora esso sia imputabile al materiale
o alla lavorazione.
I prodotti ritenuti difettosi e la notifica del difetto possono
essere spediti anche al rappresentante autorizzato Laerdal
Medical da cui è stato effettuato l'acquisto.Tutte le spese di
affrancatura, spedizione o di gestione saranno esclusivamente
a carico dell'acquirente.
La presente garanzia limitata è da considerarsi valida solo se:
• Le operazioni di assistenza tecnica, riparazione,
regolazione o modifica vengono effettuate
esclusivamente da Laerdal Medical o da personale
autorizzato da Laerdal Medical.
• Il prodotto viene usato nel modo appropriato, nella
piena osservanza delle Istruzioni d'Uso.
Laerdal Medical non si assume alcuna responsabilità, ai sensi
della presente garanzia, per danni incidentali o indiretti, o nel
caso in cui siano state eseguite o tentate riparazioni o modifi-
che non autorizzate, o nel caso in cui il prodotto, o parte di
esso, sia stato danneggiato per incidente, uso scorretto o
abuso.
La presente garanzia non copre la normale usura, la fuoriusci-
ta di liquidi, macchie, scolorimento o altre irregolarità esteti-
che che non impediscano né riducano le prestazioni del pro-
dotto.
Alcuni stati degli USA non consentono l'esclusione o la limi-
tazione dei danni incidentali o indiretti, per cui tali limitazioni
o esclusioni potrebbero non valere nel vostro caso.
Non esistono altre garanzie esplicite o implicite, sia di com-
merciabilità, di adeguatezza allo scopo, o di altra natura, sul
prodotto, sulle sue parti e sui suoi accessori.
10. EINGESCHRÄNKTE GARANTIE
Laerdal Medical gibt auf seine Produkte eine Garantie von ei-
nem (1) Jahr ab Kaufdatum auf Material und Verarbeitung.
Diese Garantie gilt für den ursprünglichen Benutzer. Bei et-
waigen Material- oder Verarbeitungsmängeln während dieser
einjährigen (1) Garantiezeit wird Laerdal Medical nach sei-
nem freien Ermessen ein defektes Teil oder das gesamte
Produkt reparieren oder ersetzen, wenn dieses vom Käufer
zusammen mit einem schriftlichen Hinweis auf den Defekt an
Laerdal Medical eingesandt wird.
Defekte Produkte oder Mitteilungen über einen Defekt kön-
nen auch an den autorisierten Laerdal Medical-Fachhändler
geschickt werden, bei dem das Produkt gekauft wurde.
Fracht- und Versandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
Diese eingeschränkte Garantie gilt nur unter folgenden
Voraussetzungen:
• Service- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie Modifizierungen
und Einstellungen werden nur von Laerdal oder durch
von Laerdal Medical beauftragtes Fachpersonal
durchgeführt.
• Das Produkt wird sachgerecht unter strenger
Beachtung der Anleitungen in dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung verwendet.
Laerdal Medical kann im Rahmen dieser Garantie nicht für
zufällige Schäden oder Folgeschäden oder für Schäden an
dem Produkt oder seinen Teilen haftbar gemacht werden, die
durch Unfälle, Mißbrauch oder falschen Gebrauch verursacht
wurden. Laerdal Medical ist ebenfalls nicht haftbar, wenn un-
zulässige Reparaturen oder Modifizierungen vorgenommen
wurden.
Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf normalen Verschleiß,
Verfärbungen oder andere Unregelmäßigkeiten kosmetischer
Natur, die auf die Funktionsfähigkeit des Produktes keinerlei
Einfluß haben.
In bestimmten Staaten der USA ist eine Einschränkung oder
ein vollständiger Ausschluß von zufälligen Schäden oder
Folgeschäden nicht zulässig; die genannten Einschränkungen
oder Ausschlüsse treffen daher unter Umständen nicht auf
Sie zu.
