Conveyor Set-Up

1. . . Mark a chalk line on floor to locate center of the conveyor
(Floor Mounted Conveyors).
2. . . Place the drive section in position.
3. . . Install remaining sections placing end without support on
extend support of previous section (Figure 7A).
4. . . Connect V-Belts per instuctions on Page 8 and 9.
5. . . Fasten sections together with splice plates and pivot
plates (Figure 7B). Hand tighten bolts only.
6. . . Check to see that all ACC bed sections are square.
(Refer to page 10)
7. . . Spurs (LRS and LRSS) are attached to side of ACC with
"K" brackets as shown in Figure 8A.
8. . . Curves (LRC) or spurs that have no drive may be slave
driven from ACC. See Page 20 for instructions on con-
necting the drive chain.

Montaje del Transportador

1. . . Marque con tiza una línea en el suelo para ubicar el centro
del transportador .
2. . . Coloque la sección motriz en posición .
3. . . Instale las secciones restantes, colocando el extremo sin
soporte en la placa pivote del soporte de la sección anterior
(Figura 7A)
4. . . Conecte las Bandas-V usando las instrucciones de la
Páginas 8 y 9 .
5. . . Asegure las secciones con placas de unión y placas piv-
ote (Fig . 7B) . Apriete los tornillos manualmente .
6. . . Verifique que todas las secciones de cama ACC estén
escuadradas . Vea la página 10 para instrucciones de
como escuadrar las camas .
7. . . Las espuelas (LRS o LRSS) se fijan a un lado del ACC con
abrazaderas "K" como se muestra en Figura 8A .
8. . . Las curvas (LRC) o espuelas que no tienen unidad motriz
pueden ser impulsadas por modelos ACC . Vea las instruc-
ciones en la página 20 para instrucciones de como conec-
tar la cadena motriz .
