This message appears only with the Cebora "Quality Control" option, Item No 224.04. It
indicates that at least one of the thresholds set by the user has been exceeded during
the latest welding sequence.
Consult the Instruction Manual for the Cebora "Quality Control" function, Item No
224.04.

3.6.30-85- "USB" on panel H, error during firmware update

Error during update sequence from USB (e.g.: drive removed too quickly, machine off,
error in communication with USB, etc.).
Replace control board (37).

3.6.31- 90 - "rob" CNC (Robot) in emergency status or off.

Active only in "ROBOT" applications.
This alarm indicates that the CNC (Robot) is not providing a signal to enable power
source operation (emergency stop from robot or Robot off).
Check the connections between power source and Robot, power supply to Robot and/or
system safety status (for further details, see Instruction Manual for equipment
comprising the Robot system).

3.6.32- 91 - "STI" Wire stuck.

Active only in "ROBOT" applications.
This alarm indicates that the welding wire has become attached to the workpiece.
Cut the wire or carry out the "wire detachment procedure" (see Instruction Manual for
Robot Interface installed in the system).

3.6.33- 92 - "End" Wire ended.

Active only in "ROBOT" applications.
Check for wire in the spool. If it has finished, replace the wire spool.
Check the correct positioning and operation of the wire presence sensor on the wire
feed unit. If it is incorrectly positioned, correct positioning. Replace if defective (for
further details see the Service Manual for the Wire Feed Unit in Robot applications).
3.6.34 - 94 – "LOG" Datalogger not connected
Check the datalogger is properly connected. Check the data logger kit is correctly fitted
inside the power source and powered. Check the Ethernet connection.
3.6.35 - 95 – "MAS" Bluetooth mask not connected
Check that the mask is on and within the range of the wireless connection.

3.6.36- 97 - "CLI EC" Voltage measurement cable not connected.

Active only with Kit 443 installed on the power source and program SRS selected.
Check the integrity of the fuse fitted in fuse carrier G.
Check the presence of the connection with clamp in connector F. Also check that the
clamp is connected to the bench or the part to be welded.
Check wire feed unit connector AA to ensure that the wiring with connector (251) is
intact.
