Preparation for transport, protection against freezing and mea-

Draining and venting the appliance
We recommend that you drain and vent the appliance if it will not be used for a lon-
ger period. This protects the appliance from damage due to freezing.
Prerequisite: The appliance must be in stand-by mode.
• Place a vessel under the Perfect Cappuccino.
