3.18 Casing removal.
To facilitate boiler maintenance the casing can be completely removed as
follows:
- remove the plastic lower protection grid (1) by unfastening the two
bottom screws (2);
- unfasten the two screws (4) in the bottom part of the casing front (3);
- Uncouple the central fasteners (6), putting slight pressure on the mid
point of the side wall (5);
- pull the bottom of the casing front outwards while at the same time
pushing upwards (see figure);
- unfasten the 2 screws on the front of the control panel (7);
- unfasten the screws (8) on the front part of the two side walls (5);
- pull the side walls gently outwards and use a long screwdriver to unfasten
the two rear screws (9).
