Command 50 Machine configuration (number of selections/ pusher drawers/drive time-out)
This command lets you memorize the number of selections (gearmotors) in the machine. As a consequence,
every time the machine it turned on, a comparison is made between the memorized configuration and the
detected one, and any discrepancy will be indicated on the display. The configuration command must be
executed every time a modification is made to the machine that envisages the addition or elimination of
gearmotors.
The next step allows you to configure the pusher drawers. It is sufficient to enter the drawer number, 1–7,
starting from the top and setting the parameter to 1. (ATTENTION: the parameter must be set at zero if the
pusher drawer is replaced by a spiral drawer).
In the case of pusher drawers you are also asked to enter the product thickness in millimetres for every
selection. This is a safety expedient in case of failure of the product drop photocell and translates into a
gearmotor operation time-out (selection 99 makes it possible to set a simultaneous time-out for all the
selections).
