8 Maintenance
Maintenance operation on the DET GRAS N (2 or 6 places) must be properly run in
order to keep the safety degree, and specially to avoid any solvent leakage.
8.1 Unit cleaning
Use only a humid wash-cloth (small quantity of soap) to general clean the unit.
Dry quickly any leakage of solvent.
8.2 Replacing gaskets
Review the gasket each month or whenever a solvent leakage appears.
Change it if they are not flat and flexible.
8.3 Hose replacing
Use silicone hose Ø 14x8 to replace the coolant water hoses. Usually this hose must
be replaced after changing a glass column.
8.4 Fuse replacing
Fuse are into the rear IP65 waterproof box. (See Fig 8.2).
Unplug the unit from the mains before open the IP65 box.
8.5 Storing the unit
Do not store the unit for a long time with solvent inside.
8.6 Preparing the unit for transportation
Do not transport the unit with solvent inside.
8.7 Spare parts
For repair and replace deteriorated parts, please contact J.P. Selecta s.a.u. or
your distributor. They will inform you about the technical services authorized in
your area.
