Tightening of nut
中文
Check if there is a drop of oil every 3 - 4 times
of pressing (Fig. 4-16-9), and if not, adjust it with
the top screw (Fig. 4-14).
After first 20 working days, re-tighten the
fastening screws of clamping jaw on the large
plate slide. If it is loosened, check if the drive
belt is too loose.
Adjust the drive belt with the special adjustment
screw on the motor bracket (Fig. 8-2).

Hexagonal shaft locking plate Locking gap
adjustment When the locking handle of
hexagonal shaft loosens, the hexagonal shaft
will be raised under the action of return spring;
when the locking handle rotates about 100
degrees clockwise, the locking shaft connected
to the handle will lift the locking plate to lock
the hexagonal shaft; at the same time, the
dismounting head will move up about 2 mm
to form a gap with the rim. In case of locking
failure or incorrect gap, it may be adjusted with
the adjustment nut (Fig. 8-3).
Regulate the adjustment nut at the front of
hexagonal locking plate downwards to reduce
the gap.
Regulate the adjustment nut at the front of
hexagonal locking plate upwards to reduce the
gap.
