GAS THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT

REPLACING COMPONENTS

2. Remove the bulb from the support
3. Unscrew the gas inlet and outlet
connections
4. Unscrew the thermocouple
5. Install the new thermostat
6. Check the by-pass screw (for the
reduce heat input / see previous para-
graph and Technical Data Tables)
7. Replace the connections and the
removed parts
BURNER REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect the power supply
2. Remove the thermostat bulb
3. Remove the bulb holders
4. Unscrew the fixing screws of the pi-
lot system and remove it
5. Remove the combustion chamber
cover
6. Remove the burner
7. Place the new burner and reassem-
ble what was previously removed (co-
ver, pilot unit, etc.)
8. Replace the connections
Check the gas voltage with the
special tools and replace the par-
ts removed in the correct order
