OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS
Tension Adjustment Knob
Increase & Decrease Tension
The water tank's resistance features a two-chamber system with water
transferred between the active chamber & the passive chamber. Increase
tension by turning the knob anti-clockwise (+). Decrease tension by turning
the knob clockwise (-).
You should begin your "Exercise Period"
at the resistance level & speed to suit your
needs. Remember to start out slow & work
your way up to the fitness level that you
desire.
