Computer Functions
Manual Mode
•
Press MODE key.
•
Scroll with UP key until MANUAL is highlighted.
•
Confirm selection with MODE key.
•
Commence rowing to enter Manual Mode.
•
TIME, DISTANCE, TOTAL STROKES & CALORIES will accumulate
according to custom exercise.
Interval Mode
Interval training combines Exercise & Rest time settings for an effective
training program. There are two in-built settings & a customisable setting:
1. Exercise for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds.
2. Exercise for 10 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds.

Press MODE key.
•
Scroll with UP key until INTERVAL is highlighted.
•
Confirm selection with MODE key.
•
Select program or enter custom settings & confirm with MODE key.
•
Press START / STOP to commence rowing.
