OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS
Target Mode
• Press MODE key.
• Scroll with UP key until TARGET is highlighted.
• Confirm selection with MODE key.
• Scroll through TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, STROKES & PULSE to set
target values.
• Confirm selection with MODE key when ready.
• Set target values for each desired setting.
• Press START / STOP to commence rowing.
Battery Replacement: Replace the
batteries when the display begins to fade
or the values appear to be very inaccurate.
To replace the batteries, remove the
battery cover on the back of the Console
Panel. Ensure the polarity is correctly
aligned & reattach the battery cover.
NB/ Once the batteries are removed, all
data will be cleared to zero.
