Clamps are not making a good
connection to the battery.

If your battery does not have 1
volt, you must press and hold
for five seconds.
The charger has thermal
protection, and it will shut
down if it gets too hot. Unplug
the AC cord and let the charger
cool down. Make sure there is
nothing obstructing the air flow
to the fans, clean them as
shown in Maintenance
Instructions.
Blow the dirt and grime off the
fan blades using compressed
air as described in Maintenance
Instructions.
Have the battery checked.
Recharge the battery.
