Maintenance

Your Soft requires a minimum of maintenance in order to achieve perfect operation and maximum
durability. Then the following procedures are indispensible:
- Keep the machine clean;
- Keep the machine properly lubricated;
- Replace worn or damaged parts.

Lubrication

TRANSMISSION GEARBOX (A)
The gearbox is permanently lubricated, it is not
necessary to lubricate it.
NOTE: Whenever performing maintenance on the
gearbox, use grease
EP classification. Exemple:
grease.
Amount of grease:
gearbox INPEL: 0.250 Kg
gearbox COMER: 0.350 Kg
DRIVESHAFTS
Lubricate the cross pieces daily and the driveshaft
tubes with grease.

Before lubricating, adjusting or performing any maintenance procedure, lower
the Soft to the ground, disconnect the power take-off and remove the key from
the tractor ignition.
Keep the maintenance area clean. Wet or oily floors are slippery and can be
dangerous.
When replacing screws and nuts, always use the same specifications as the
original.
