Cause

All alarms and warnings.
Battery charge critical.

Simulation of device variables active.
Device is operated outside the specified
temperature range.
Serious device fault, various causes.
Sensor lock feature enabled.
Device is in simulation mode.
Result notification buffer full.
Battery charge low.
Gateway was not able to make the
required time period available for burst. A
different time period specified by the gate-
way may possibly be used.
Gateway and device negotiate bandwidth
for time period.

Remedy
–
Check warning and error status.
Change battery pack immediately.

Exit simulation.
In case of high temperatures due to solar radi-
ation, use weather protection set (accessory).
A Restart the device.
B Reset device to factory settings.
C Update firmware.
D Have the gas detector checked by Dräger-
Service.
Deactivate sensor lock feature.
Exit simulation mode via PolySoft.
Empty result notification buffer. Pay attention
to HART specification for details of events han-
dling.
Change battery pack soon.
Select another time period for burst.
Wait for negotiation.
