This control supplies messages regarding circuits, setting errors or malfunctions with an acoustic alarm.
ALARMS
N°1
Alarm OC detection or battery flat
Cause Excessive current reading or descharged battery
Alarm output and remedy Continuous ringing on output, operation shutdown
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: possible causes could be an electronic fault caused by a mains power overload, forced movement in a direction or that movement is not possible as the door has come off its track
due to a defect in the structure. The error signal can be eliminated by switching the door off and on again. After making the required mechanical checks, check repeat a check of
the program.
N°2
Alarm Thermal cut-out
Cause Circuit overheating
Alarm output and remedy Rings once – shuts off – rings again and shuts down movement
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: overheating is read by an electronic sensor. Possible causes are increased friction during movement or excessive door weight. After checking, switch the automatic door on again
N°3
Alarm Opening malfunction reading
Cause When self-learning reading on opening is less than 30 cm
Alarm output and remedy Rings twice – shuts off – rings twice again and shuts down movement
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: This fault is caused by dirt trapped in the track or an interruption in the self-learning process or a power failure
N°4
Alarm Impact power reading during opening
Cause Obstacle present during opening phase
Alarm output and remedy Buzzer sounds three times. Door closes automatically
Alarm shutoff Automatic reset
Note: This occurs when opening is shutdown due to dirt in the track or similar problems. If the door meets an obstacle during opening, the alarm sounds. If the fault occurs three times
consecutively, the program is modified automatically as well as the opening width. To restore the previous opening settings, switch the door off and on again.
Alarm Impact power reading during closing
Cause Obstacle present during closing phase
Alarm output and remedy Buzzer sounds three times. Door opens automatically
Alarm shutoff Automatic reset
Note: This occurs when opening is shutdown due to dirt in the track or impact with an obstacle. The door re-opens immediately and normal operation is resumed. If the door meets an
obstacle during closing, and the fault occurs three times consecutively, the program is modified automatically as well as the opening width. To restore the previous opening settings,
switch the door off and on again.
N°5
Alarm Abnormal absorption of the magnet on electric locks with release cable
Cause Defective lock
Alarm output and remedy Alarm sounds four times. Door movement is stopped
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: This fault only occurs if an electric lock is installed on the door. Possible causes may be due to incorrect pin release or incorrect limit switch settings. Inspect before re-powering
the door.
N°6
Alarm Deceleration defect
Cause Abnormal impact with opening/closing stops
Alarm output and remedy Alarm sounds five times. Door movement is stopped
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
N°7
Alarm Manoeuvre fault
Cause Reading when door movement is shut down incorrectly
Alarm output and remedy Continuous alarm. Door movement is stopped
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: This fault occurs when the doors comes off the track, meets an obstacle or is moved while the manual lock is still engaged.
N°8
Alarm Blocco di potenza
Cause Tentativo di intrusione con blocco di potenza inserito
Alarm output and remedy Suona continuamente
Alarm shutoff Switch the door off and on
Note: this occurs when the power lock is selected (CO-11 option 1) and a person attempts to force the door open.
