1) Use pieces of cloth to handle and support the door to avoid marking during assembly.
2) Fix the steel plates (optional) above the door to enable fixture to the top attachments (fig. 4).
3) The floor guides must be in anti-friction material such as PVC, Nylon, Teflon or Stainless Steel.
NOTE: Ensure that the doors slide smoothly. To do this, push the sliding door along all the race with a push-pull gage.
The maximum value acceptable is 0,5Kg. This value must be the same in both directions. If it is different this
means that the rail is not perfectly horizontal.
4) Remove the attachment fixed to the belt.
5) Mount the belt between motor and tensioner. Adjust the door position in a way that the adjustable attack estremity is 1mt far from the
motor pulley. Adjust belt tension so that 1 kg applied at 50 cm from the motor pulley causes a maximum deflection of 15÷25 mm.
6) Tighten the screws on the plates above the door and connect to the track attachments.
7) Adjust the height of the door from the ground by means of the attachment adjustment screws (5÷10 mm between door and floor).
8) Secure the belt attachment to one of the door support attachments to connect the door to the drive system.
9) Fix the mechanical stops to the track. When fixing the mechanical stop for opening, maintain a distance of at least 5 mm for impact of the
door with the stop. The stop is normally used for adjustments, and only as a safety stop in the event of an emergency or manual opening.
Secure the stops by tightening the nuts while pulling the upper section towards you. To ensure correct fixture of the stops, use the extra washer
on the inside of the stop to secure the extra screw.
1) Check the space between the mobile door and column, and between the door and floor, and ensure that no obstacles are present
before switching on the system.
2) Switch on the system by means of the thermal cutout switch pushbutton. With the door in the mid-travel position, after waiting
approx. ten seconds the door should open. However if it closes, switch off the system and move the microswitch on the side to the
control panel near the red/green leds to the side of the 9-core connector (fig. 5) and switch on the system again.
3) Move the door manually to ensure there is no friction.
4) Ensure correct activation of the sensors.
5) Attach adhesive labels indicating that the door is automatic and fit the front cover (optional).
6) Give the door manual to the user.
1) Connect the programmer to the external connector (fig. 5).
2) Use the programmer to enter settings as described in the instruction manual.
