From the BMS configuration menu, it is possible to define all the settings
regarding any supervisor connected to the unit that can control operation.
Type of supervisor:
1
NONE (supervision system by the customer. The machine is
supervised, but the supervisor can not be on / off)
SUPERV.GENERICO (supervision system by the customer. The
machine can be supervised and the supervisor can be on / off)
KSMR (KSMR - chiller sequencer)
IRTECH/SYSPDC (KCSI – System controller and IRTECHMASTER)
SIR (SIR – Integrated Sequencer)
EXPBOX
Action to be taken in case of disconnection of the supervisor/sequencer

OVERRIDE OFF (THE UNIT SHUTS DOWN)
OVERRIDE ON (the unit bypasses the supervisor and only considers
the display set-up)
NONE (the unit ignores disconnection and continues with the last
command received)
Enable conversion in the event of LonWorks® communication (to be

activated only with the KFTT10 board)
Enable conversion in the event of Bacnet® communication (to be activated

only with the KBE and KBM board)
Select the variable list to display in supervision

The logic with which you view the alarms is as follows:
There are no active alarms still seen
We have already seen active alarms
There have not yet seen past alarms
Detection of an alarm could cause the unit to shutdown automatically.
In order to view the screen showing the type of alarm triggered, press the ALARM
key once.
The logic with which you view the alarms is as follows:

To reset a Semiautomatic alarm that has already reached the maximum number
of possible resets or a manual alarm, press the ALARM key for 5 seconds.

ALARM SIGNALS

Always check the source of the alarms displayed on the unit. Do
not use the unit without having identified and eliminated the
cause of the alarm.
In the event of operating faults, the LED relative to the

ALARM key turns on emitting a red light accompanied by a
continuous acoustic signal.

times per hour and times per day
User action is required to reset the alarm
Reset alarm reserved to the installer. It is carried out
exclusively in the Service menu
