Operation graph with delayed pump relay switch-on with respect to supply of the voltage (it is
used in case of modulating valve). Please note that the valve starts opening together with the
request for switching on the compressors, and the pump is operated after a delay time to allow
the valve to open: the pre-circulation time start then.
Operation graph with delayed modulation with respect to pump relay switch-on (it is used in
case of inverter pump). Please note that the pre-circulation time starts together with the request
for switching on the compressors.
On screen Jfe16 it is possible to set the regulation range of the valve/pump in
cooling and heating mode.
On screen Jf17 it is possible to set the voltage to be used when condensing
control is not on.
Voltage to be delivered during the pre-circulation stage
1
Voltage to be delivered during the post-circulation stage
2
Voltage to be supp lied when the disposal unit is not required (it is useful to
3
keep the valve open also when the pump is controlled with preset relay).

On screen Je18 it is possible to edit the PID control settings that set the voltage to
be supplied to track the entered pressure/temperature set-point.

PID regulation: integrative time

III.1.5.4
Recovery pump (EXP or RC100 only)
Type of modulating output:
1
- NONE: only pump relay operation
- FIXED: activation of the pump relay and delivery of the fixed speed
modulation voltage
- CONTR.COND: actuation of the pump relay and delivery of the
modulation voltage to carry out the condensation control
Recovery pump operation mode:
2
- ALWAYS ON: the pump remains on if recovery is enabled and there are
no blocking alarms
- on DEMAND: in case of prolonged inactivity of the compressors the pump
is temporarily switched off (see window JE24)
Enables the anti-block function that requires 30" of forced pump operation
3
in case of inactivity lasting 7 days.
Minimum delay between pump switching on and a compressor switching on
4
Minimum time of forced pump operation after all compressor or the unit
5
have switched off.

When the modulation type set in screen Je21 is FIXED, on the next screen it is
possible to set which voltage to use.
When the modulation type set in screen Je21 is CONTR.COND, in screens
Je26..Je29 it is possible to edit the parameters that make it possible to manage a
pump or modulating valve on the recovery side. The condensation control set-
points that control aims for are the ones defined in the Condensation control menu

Flow alarm bypass on pump start-up
1
Flow alarm bypass during pump operation
2
Interval between pump switch-on attempts in case of no flow
3
Accumulated work hours of a pump to request switch-over with a twin
1
pump. The switch-over only takes place with compressors off.
When switch-over is required, time between switching off the pump and
2
switching on the twin one. If a negative value is set, a simultaneous work
period is required.
Manual override command for pump change request
3
Inactivity time of compressors after which the pump is stopped and the unit
is set to stand-by
Forced pump operation time for temperature assessment
Stand-by time between one water temperature analysis and the next
Number of modulating outputs:
1
- SINGLE: a single modulation for all circuits
- MULTIPLE: one modulation per circuit (available only for units with water-
cooled screw compressor)
Order of activation between the supply of the modulation voltage and the
2
activation of the relay:
- INVERTER: first pump activation, then modulation
- VALVE: first modulation, then pump activation
