Fasten fi ve METAL BRACKETS (49G) to the BOTTOM (E2). Use

fi ve BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
Fasten the SKIRT (J) to the METAL BRACKETS (49G). Use fi ve

BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the BRACKETS
and into the SKIRT.
