1 package (2 ounces) powdered fruit pectin
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cups sugar
1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order
listed.
2. Select Jam cycle. Do not use Delay cycle.
3. Remove cooked jam from pan and cool before spooning into containers. Store
jam in refrigerator. 5½ cups jam.
Bread Machine Cake with Chocolate Frosting
1 package Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
1¼ cups water
cup vegetable oil
1/3
3 eggs
1 tub Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy chocolate ready-to-spread frosting
1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except frosting in bread machine pan
in the order listed.
2. Select Cake cycle. Do not use Delay cycle.
3. When cycle is complete, leave cake in pan to cool 1 hour. Remove cake from
pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Frost with frosting. 1 cake; 8 servings.
