1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients for desired loaf size in bread machine
pan in the order listed.
2. Select Whole Wheat cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use Delay
cycle.
3. Remove baked bread from pan. Cool on wire rack. 1 loaf; 12 or 16 slices.
Note: The same amount of yeast is needed for both the 1½-pound and 2-pound
recipes.
