Commissioning
The device is switched on by connecting the supply voltage to
the LCU-P. It then supplies the connected sensors with current.
Check the hazardous area!
Before commissioning, make sure no one is inside the hazard-
ous area.
Check the area and secure it to prevent access (e.g. by putting
up warning notices, barriers and the like). Observe the relevant
legal requirements and local regulations.

Operation

6.1.1 Operating concept

The LCU-P is programmed using the control keys located on
the front panel, supported by the LCD display. Four basic paths
are built into the software structure.
