Fault Description
Invalid mode change by the rotary switch.
No Country code was entered for the desired
operating mode.
Two muting pairs and single stroke restart are
selected.
Blanking attempted with a TYPE 2 Primary.
Reduced resolution with a TYPE 2 Primary.
Floating blanking is enabled without the American
Code entered.
