WARNING: The safety instructions booklet is included in the packaging. Please read it carefully before using your new
appliance. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
Your appliance is fitted with a safety mechanism to prevent overheating (depending on the model).
In the event of overheating, your appliance will stop working. Unplug it and leave it to cool down for approximately 20 minutes,
then plug it in again and continue to use it.
If your appliance still does not work, check:
– that the appliance is plugged in
– the accessory fitted is correctly locked in position
– the lid is fully closed
– whether the safety overheat mechanism has not operated (see above). If yes, unplug your appliance and let it cool down for
20 minutes.
If your appliance still does not work? Take it to an approved service centre (see the list in the Service booklet).
BASIC RECIPES
Bread Dough
Ingredients: 500 g flour, 5 g dry yeast, 10 g salt, 320 g water at 25°C
Place the flour, salt and yeast in the food processor bowl with the blade. Close the food processor and prepare your volume
of water. Start the "Dough" program or activate Speed 2 of your food processor for 1 minute 30 seconds and pour the water
directly in the spout. Cover and let the dough rise at 35°C for 1 hour; the dough must double in volume. Shape your loaf and let
it rise again for 1 hour at 35°C; your loaf must double in volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes in a damp
environment (place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven).
Cake Batter
Ingredients: 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, 150 g soft butter cut into pieces, 150 g eggs (3 eggs), 5 g baking powder
Pour all ingredients in the bowl and set up the kneading accessory and the lid. Start the food processor's "Dough" program or
activate Speed 2 to mix them until the butter is completely incorporated. Re-open the food processor to scrape the sides of your
bowl to ensure all ingredients are well mixed. Then, restart the food processor for 1 minute. Pour the batter in a greased, floured
cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 1 hour.
Crepe Batter
Ingredients: 200 g egg (4 eggs), 40 g sugar, 10 cl oil (or 90 g melted butter), 750 g milk, 375 g flour
In the blender bowl, place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk. Select the "Smoothie" program or Speed 2. After 30 s, without stopping
the food processor, pour the flour through the opening of the measuring cap and run the blender for 1 minute. Let the batter rest
for at least one hour in a cool place before making your crepes.
Soup
Ingredients for 1.25 l of soup: 150 g carrots, 150 g leeks, 300 g potatoes, 100 g onion, 800 g water
Cook the vegetables in advance (steam cooking recommended). Once cooked, pour the vegetables in the blender, add the water
and start the "Soup" program or Speed 2 for 1 to 2 minutes. Be sure to wait until the food processor's parts have stopped moving
before opening the lid.
Beef-Carrot Purée
Ingredients: 300 g carrots, 100 g potatoes, 100 g beef, 50 g cooking juice
Cook the vegetables and the meat in advance (steam cooking recommended). Pour all ingredients in the bowl with the blade
and add the water. Start the "Soup" program or activate Speed 2 for 30 seconds. Open the lid to scrape the sides to ensure all
ingredients are well mixed. Restart the food processor for 30 seconds. If necessary, scrape and blend again.
