Damage from excessive speed
The agitator can be damaged by excessive speed.
→ Never let the agitator run without load. Do not select the speed to be
any higher than necessary for perfect agitation.
The air micrometer [6‑2] / [13‑1] / [14‑1] permits fully variable speed ad-
justment for the agitator.
■ Turn to the left to increase the agitator speed.
■ Turn to the right to reduce the agitator speed.
Motor driven agitator
Damage from overheating
The electric motor can be damaged if the temperature is too high.
→ Please ensure that the ventilation slots of the motor are not obstruct-
ed while the agitator is in use.
■ Switch the electric agitator [12‑1] on and off with the external control.
10.2. Connect up the material and spraying air supply
Risk of injury from material and compressed air pipes that
have not been connected
Leaking material and incorrectly connected compressed air pipes can
cause injuries.
→ Check that the material and compressed air pipes are firmly fitted.
■ Open compressed air supply ball valve [2‑9] / [3‑9] / [8‑2] /[9‑1].
Variant with single pressure reducer
■ Open spraying air ball valve [2‑7] / [8‑4].
Variant with second gun connection
■ Open spraying air ball valve [4‑3] / [10‑1].
■ Open material supply ball valve [2‑1] / [3‑1] / [4‑1]/ [8‑8] / [9‑7] / [10‑4] .
10.3. Adjust material and spraying pressure
Adjust material pressure
Turn the pressure controller [2‑5] / [3‑5] / [8‑9] / [9‑8] for fully variable ad-
justment of the material pressure.
