EasyMax
102 Quick Start Guide
™
This document will guide you through the steps of experiment setup,
changing parameters in real time, data visualization and data export on
the EasyMax
102.
™
For in-depth information on installation and use of the EasyMax
please refer to the installation guide and the operating instructions.
1. Experiment Setup
•
Insert the reactor into the thermostat.
You have the choice of magnetic or mechanical stirring.
If you select magnetic stirring, place the magnetic bar
into the reactor.
•
Fill in starting materials, solvents, reagents, etc.
•
Secure the cover of the 100-mL reactor with the chain
clamp. Make sure the Tr (temperature of the reactor
contents) sensor is immersed at least 1.5 cm into the
reaction mass to provide correct data.
When working with one zone only, you may still want
to plug in the Tr sensor for the unused zone to avoid an
error message for that zone.
Further information can be found in the Operating
Instructions.
