Pointek CLS300 is available in two models, analog and digital, and the manual is in 4 parts:
I. Pointek CLS300 analog/digital introduction: information common to all models
• safety notes, instrument description, installation instructions, and maintenance
II. Pointek CLS300 analog model:
• temperature specifications, wiring, setup and operating instructions
III. Pointek CLS300 digital model, standalone unit:
• temperature specifications, wiring, setup and operating instructions
IV. Pointek CLS300, digital model, unit installed on a PROFIBUS network:
• temperature specifications, wiring, setup and operating instructions

Notes:
• Pointek CLS300 is to be used only in the manner outlined in this manual, otherwise
protection provided by the equipment may be impaired.
• This product is intended for use in industrial areas. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area may cause interference to several frequency based communications.
Pointek CLS300 is a versatile capacitance switch with a high level of chemical resistance; ideal
for level detection of interfaces, solids, liquids, slurries, and foam, and for simple pump control.
