Reposicione o protetor de mãos direito (D). Limpe e elimine even-
tuais resíduos de trava-roscas do parafuso original (D1). Aplique
LOCTITE 243 no parafuso original (D1). Encoste os 2 parafusos (2)
e o parafuso (D1). Aperte os parafusos a um binário indicado.
Posicione o reservatório de óleo do travão dianteiro (C) no protetor
de mãos direito (D). Encoste o parafuso (C1) segurando a porca (C2)
pelo lado oposto. Aperte o parafuso ao binário indicado.
Verificações
Verifique se ao acionar a manete de travão ocorre realmente o blo-
queio das pastilhas nos discos dianteiros e o acendimento das lu-
zes de "stop traseiras".
Com o motor ligado e o descanso levantado, verifique se acionan-
do a alavanca da embraiagem ocorre o desbloqueio do prato de
embraiagem em relação aos discos da própria embraiagem e se ao
inserir a primeira marcha a moto não se desligue.

Reposition the RH guard (D). Clean and remove any threadlocker
residues from the original screw (D1). Apply LOCTITE 243 to the
original screw (D1). Start no. 2 screws (2) and screw (D1). Tighten
the screws to the specified torque.
Position the front brake fluid reservoir (C) on the RH hand guard
(D). Start the screw (C1) holding the nut (C2) on the opposite side.
Tighten screw to the specified torque.
Checks
Check that by activating the brake lever the brake pads will firmly
lock on the front discs and that the "rear stop" lights will turn on.
With engine on and stand lifted, check that by activating the clutch
lever the pusher plate will be released with respect to the clutch
plates and that by engaging the first gear the motorbike will not
turn off.
