Installation

4.1

Mounting instruction

Before ALU 150/250 can be installed, a suitable height and position must be
determined in relation to the vehicle's parking space in the station, see figure 1.
NOTE!
Recommended mounting height: H = 4–5 m
Then assemble the whole rail using the enclosed jointing pieces, see
figures 2–9.
4.2

Bend to rail and/or return rail

See figures 10–13.

Fitting inner end cover

Fitting inner end cover, see figure 14.
NOTE!
Must only be used when return track is mounted.
4.4

Suspension attechments

See figure 15. Use the mounting brackets to fit the rail in ceiling beams, wall
brackets or similar. Recommended distance between the brackets: maximum
5.0 m.
Use fixing bolts and nuts suitable for load and wall or ceiling material.
Horizontal fixing force / mounting bracket = 3200 N.
Vertical fixing force / mounting bracket = 3200 N.
