Customising the settings
(ExPERT mode)
Press and hold 6 to access EXPERT
mode.
The following settings can be modified:
– Activating/deactivating AF automatic
station retuning
– Activating/deactivating LW
– Activating/deactivating MW
– Activating/deactivating i NEWS
– Automatic volume adjustment ac-
cording to speed
– Activating/deactivating auxiliary
input
Press 2 (<< >>) or rotate control knob 13
to choose one of the settings.
After choosing the setting to be modi-
fied, vary the selection by pressing 2
(+/-) or 14/15.

AF-RDS tuning
This mode is activated by default.
This option allows you to continue lis-
tening to a radio station while you
are on the move and as its frequency
changes.
Activating/deactivating bandwidths
(LW and MW)
LW and MW bandwidths can be deacti-
vated from the list of available sources
using button 7.
Activating/deactivating i NEWS
When this function is activated, your
audio system makes it possible to au-
tomatically listen to new bulletins when
they are broadcast on certain FM radio
stations (depending on the country).
Once the function is activated, select
the news station then choose if you
require another playback source (CD,
AUX, etc.).
Press 8 to interrupt the news bulletin
broadcast.

News bulletins are broadcast automati-
cally and as a priority, regardless of the
source being listened to (CD, etc.). If
LW and MW radio stations are being
listened to, or if the FM radio station is
changed, the automatic broadcast will
not remain activated.
Automatic volume adjustment
according to speed
When this function is activated, the
volume of the audio system varies ac-
cording to the vehicle speed.
Select SPEED 0 to deactivate this func-
tion.
You can choose between loud and quiet
adjustments (SPEED 1 to SPEED 5).
Activating auxiliary sources
(depending on equipment)
This function is deactivated by default
(AUX OFF).
After activation, AUX appears in the
list of sources accessible via buttons 7
and 12.
