• Rinsing the Cappuccinatore : fi ll a vessel halfway with clear water and
submerse the hose of the Cappuccinatore into the water.
Place an empty vessel under the Cappuccinatore.
Turn the control dial to the

The Cappuccinatore is clean. We recommend that you take the
Cappuccinatore apart and separately clean the individual parts regularly
(see „Cleaning the Cappuccinatore" on page 72).

mode to normal operating mode. Press the button for steam dispensing
to switch to the normal operating mode prematurely.
Notes
We recommend using cold milk with a high protein content. It is not the fat
content, but rather the protein content that is the determining factor for good
milk froth.
