Veggies with Yogurt and Mint Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup cauliflower, coarsely chopped
1 cup peas
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots, cut in thin slices
1 cup broccoli
Sauce:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
2 Greek yogurts
1 tbs chopped fresh mint leaves
Salt
Black pepper
Method:
1. Fill water reservoir to MAX.
2. Place carrots, cauliflower and broccoli into steamer basket (I) and peas and
green beans into steamer basket (II).
3. Set steamer to 8 minutes.
4. In a small bowl mix the olive oil with the yogurt. Once it's well mixed add the
Dijon mustard and the lemon juice and finally the mint and pepper to taste.
5. Place all the steamed veggies in a serving bowl and serve the yogurt ad mint
sauce as a dipping sauce.
