Users of the machine must strictly adhere to the following instructions as well as the
warning signs and warning information in the operating instructions:
• Before operating the machine, it must always be checked for road safety and
operational safety.
• When using the machine, it is forbidden to wear long hair loose and to wear loose
clothing or jewellery, which might become trapped in the machine.
• Closed footwear with non-slip soles is indispensable.
• Before starting work, the user must be familiar with all facilities and control
elements and their functions.
• All defects must always be rectified before use.
• All safety equipment must be properly installed.
• Operating the machine in thunderstorms is prohibited.
• The operator bears the full responsibility for third parties in the danger zone.
People and pets must be kept away from the machine's danger zone.
• Any working method impairing the stability of the machine is prohibited.
• Foreign objects must be removed from the area to be worked on before starting
work. Milestones, pieces of stone, manhole covers etc. should be identified with
a marker post before starting work.
• Only work during daylight hours or with sufficient artificial lighting.
• Working with the machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly
forbidden.
• Use of this machine requires increased physical effort.
• People and animals must not be transported on the machine.
• When leaving the machine, secure it against rolling away and unauthorised use.
• No changes may be made to safety equipment.
• Never remove warning signs. Replace lost or illegible warning signs.
Tragic accidents may occur if the operator does not watch out for children. Don't
assume that children will stay in the last place you saw them.
• Keep children away from the working zone.
• Switch the machine off as soon as a child enters the working zone.
• Never allow children to work with the machine.
• Take particular care when working in areas you can't see into such as shrubs,
trees and other objects which could prevent you from seeing a child.
The accident prevention regulations and the generally approved safety-related rules
must be observed.
In case of unexpected situations, immediately release the dead man's lever or the
electronic sensor levers and apply the parking brake.
