Error Messages

For a certain type of failure, the controller will self-diagnose the
error and the messages described in the following table are
displayed. The error messages are displayed only when the option
hand held terminal is available.

DESCRIPTION
Wrong connection between the
pump and the controller.
Within each step of the soft
start mode the rotational speed
of the pump does not reach the
planned value within 15
minutes. (X) is the step number
from 0 to 9 indicating the step
number not passed).
The upper bearing/pump
temperature exceeds 60 °C.
The controller transformer
temperature exceeds 90 °C.
Instructions for Use

Error Messages

REPAIR ACTION
Check connection between
controller and pump. Press
the START push-button
twice to start the pump.
Verify that system has no
leaks. Press the START
pushbutton twice to start
the pump.
Wait until the temperature
decrease below threshold
value. Press the START
push-button twice to start
the pump.
Wait until the temperature
decrease below threshold
value.Press the START
push-button twice to start
the pump.
