Timer and sleep operation

The unit turns on and plays the desired source (DVD, video CD, CD, tuner) at the pre-
set time.

„ Setting the timer

Before setting timer:
1 Set the unit on time (page 24).
If it is not on time, you cannot use the timer function.
2 Prepare for playback and set the TV to the desired channel.

Turn the power on and press the TIMER but-
ton.
Set the unit on time if "TIMER STANDBY" does not ap-
pear.

Within 10 seconds, press the or
select "TIMER SET", and press the ENT but-
ton.

Press the or button to adjust the hour and
then press the ENT button.

Press the or button to adjust the minutes and then press the
ENT button.
The start time is set and the finish time (1 hour later) will be displayed automati-
cally.

Set the time to finish as in steps 3 and 4 above.

Switch input with the or button,
and then press the ENT button.
When you select the tuner, select a station

by pressing the button, and then
press the ENT button.

Adjust the volume with the or button and press the ENT button.
Settings are displayed in order and the unit
will enter the timer stand-by mode.
