two gold nuts and silver cable assembly are turned tight onto the
black CYLINDER.
Pull the LIFT TOP (I) open as shown below.

Push the CYLINDER (124M) completely onto the posts of the

CYLINDER BRACKETS (71G) as shown in both large views.
