Re-lube the oil-side locating bore. Fold the anti-extrusion ring slightly
and insert it through its locating bore into the interior of the vessel as
carefully as possible.
Put the anti-extrusion ring inside the vessel onto the fluid port housing
with its contact surface aligned with the collar of the housing.
Guide the fluid port housing at its threaded end through the locating
bore and position it, i.e. the centering chamfer of the anti-extrusion ring
on its counter surface in the vessel.
Fill the bladder slowly with nitrogen using the testing and filling device
so that the bladder can gradually unfold during expansion and mold
smoothly against the inner vessel surface. The gas filling pressure
should not exceed 1 bar and the bladder should just touch the poppet
valve of the fluid housing assembly.
Center the gas valve stem in the locating bore, counter it at the stems
key faces and tighten the retaining nut with 50+5 Nm.
At the oil end, center the fluid port and its anti-extrusion ring again,
creating an even contact with the vessel seat and a constant
circumferential gap height between the fluid housing shell and the
vessels locating bore. Hold the housing in position. Continue to fill the
bladder until it exerts sufficient pressure on the poppet valve to prevent
the fluid port housing assembly from shifting during the subsequent
assembly steps. The filling pressure should not exceed 3 bar.
