Residual risks

In the design phase Focotto S.r.l. carried out an in-depth risk analysis on the barbecue-brazier and related
accessories under examination.
From this analysis, risks that cannot be eliminated due to their nature emerged. These risks have therefore
been examined individually and in this manual the guidelines on how to avoid them have been emphasized. It
is therefore important that any user responsible for the configuration, use and maintenance of the barbecue-
brazier has previously read the manual.
NOTE
THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE HELD IN ANY CASE LIABLE FOR ACCIDENTS
OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNINTENDED USE OF THE BARBECUE-
BRAZIER, AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF A USER.
In particular:
• The barbecue-brazier must never be used or made available in any way to children, individuals with
limited abilities and individuals impaired by alcohol and / or drugs.
• The use of the barbecue-brazier is allowed only to adults and must not be left unattended during
operation, particularly in the presence of children and / or animals.
• It is absolutely forbidden to make any changes to the barbecue-brazier. Any damage to people, animals
or things resulting from the use of the barbecue-brazier modified improperly by an unauthorized
operator relieves the manufacturer of any responsibility.
• Keep this manual carefully, as it is necessary for the correct and safe use of the barbecue-brazier.
Periodically check the status of the label installed on the product and restore it if it is damaged. (in case
contact the authorized assistance)
• If the external structure of one of the components of the barbecue-brazier has sharp edges or edges
following an accidental impact, such as to make it dangerous, it is necessary to contact the authorized
assistance and follow their instructions.
Important:
- It is necessary to carry out the maintenance described in the manual.
- Maintenance must be done following the instructions in the manual.
