In order for the air to circulate properly and cooking gives better results, remove the ashes that accumulate
in the collector and the burnt charcoal from the bottom of the brazier. Before proceeding with this operation,
make sure that the charcoal is completely extinguished.
If flakes of dirt form inside the lid: during use, the grease and smoke vapors slowly oxidize, turning into
carbon and depositing inside the lid. Clean the inside of the lid of charred fat with a grill brush with stainless
steel bristles. To minimize this type of build-up, you can pass a paper towel over the inside surfaces of the lid
after cooking while the barbecue is still warm (not hot).
If the barbecue is used in particularly adverse climates, it is advisable to clean the outside more often. Acid
rain, chemicals and salt can cause greater deterioration of the external surface.
Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaners to clean the surfaces of the barbecue.
Extraordinary maintenance
Extraordinary maintenance is required in case of breakdowns or breakages, unforeseeable accidents or
inappropriate use of the barbecue-brazier.
The situations that may arise from time to time are completely unpredictable and therefore it is not possible to
describe appropriate intervention procedures.
If necessary, consult the manufacturer's technical service to receive the appropriate instructions for the
situation.
All extraordinary mechanical interventions must in any case be carried out by specialized and

Deactivation of the barbecue-brazier
The barbecue-brazier is produced and built according to criteria of sturdiness, durability and flexibility that allow
it to be used for many years. Once it has reached the end of its technical and operational life, it must be put
out of service in conditions where it can no longer be used for the purposes for which it was designed and built
at the time, making it possible to reuse the raw materials that constitute it.

PERSONS OR THINGS RESULTING FROM THE REUSE OF SINGLE PARTS OF THE
BARBECUE-BRAZIER FOR FUNCTIONS OR IN ASSEMBLY CONFIGURATIONS
DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL THOSE. THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY
REJECTS ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, OF FITNESS FOR A
SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF PARTS OF THE BARBECUE-BRAZIER REUSED AFTER
DEACTIVATION FOR ITS DISPOSAL.
Disposal
The possibility of reusing some parts of the barbecue-brazier is subject to the total responsibility of the user.
Refer to the waste collection center located in your area for the collection of plastic and metal waste.
