When cooking, adjusting the reaction valve and handling the lid, use heat resistant
barbecue gloves or mittens (complying with EN 407, contract heat resistance level 2 or
higher).
Use appropriate tools, with long, heat-insulating handles.
Always place the charcoal on the appropriate grid (the lower one).
Do not place charcoal directly on the bottom of the brazier.
Do not lean on the end of the table or overload it.
Never throw hot charcoal where it could be stepped on or present a fire hazard. Never
throw away ashes or charcoal before they are completely extinguished.
Do not store the barbecue until the ashes and charcoal have completely gone out.
Do not remove the ashes until all the charcoal is completely burnt and completely
extinguished, and the barbecue is cold.

LOCATIONS

It is good to keep in mind some aspects before proceeding with the handling and subsequent use of the
barbecue-brazier. In particular, it is necessary to check some factors:
• The area of use and storage of the barbecue-brazier must be chosen so that it cannot be hit by water,
steam jets and corrosive acids. It must never be subjected to atmospheric agents.
• Storage temperature range -10 ° C to + 55 ° C
• Maximum relative humidity conditions 80% without condensation.
• The barbecue-brazier can only be used outdoors.
• DO NOT use the barbecue in a playpen, building, covered walkway or any other enclosed area;
• Always keep the barbecue on a stable and horizontal surface (preferably concrete or tiled);
• Do not use the barbecue within one and a half meters of any combustible material.
