2. Pour hot water into your favourite cup and preheat it.
3. Pour the water out of the coffee jug.
4. Fill the permanent fi lter with the desired amount of ground
coffee.
We recommend 15 g of ground coffee per 250 ml of
water. You will fi nd more information about this in the
next chapter.
5. Leave the boiled water to cool to around 92 to 96 °C
before pouring it over the coffee powder.
6. Pour only enough water over the coffee powder so that it
can swell up, and then allow it to rest for about 30 seconds.
7. Now slowly and evenly pour the desired amount of water
over the coffee powder in circular movements. The amount
of water in the permanent fi lter should be the same for the
entire brewing time of about 2 ½ to 4 minutes.
8. After all the water has passed through the permanent fi lter,
take the coffee jug out of the stand and close it with the lid.
9. Pour the water out of your preheated cup.
10. Now you can pour the coffee directly from the coffee jug.
