Assembly
Attention!
Loose screws can cause damage
to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and
check that they are screwed tight.
Note!
All automatic guns have integrat-
ed pre-/post-air control.
The automatic gun is fixed in the
spraying system with a fastening
bolt. The air supply then has to
be connected. The air supply con-
nection elements are not included
in the scope of supply and can be
ordered on request.

8.1. Mounting with fastening
Screw fastening bolt [3-1] in fasten-
ing thread [3-2]. Secure with Loctite
270.
■ Use fastening bolt to fix the automatic
gun to the fastening system of the
spraying system.
■ Connect control air to the control air
connection (ST) [1-11] of the auto-
matic gun.
■ Connect spraying air to the spraying
air connection (SP) [1-12] of the
automatic gun.

Operation

→ Tighten all screws by hand and
check that they are screwed tight.
9.1. First use
The automatic gun is supplied fully
assembled and ready for operation.
After unpacking, check:
■ Automatic gun damaged.
■ Scope of supply complete (see
chapter 5).
Using soiled compressed air can
cause malfunctions.
→ Use clean compressed air. For
example with SATA filter 444
(Art. No. 92296).
■ Check that all screws are screwed
