display and "set-up" flashes continuously.

1. Press and release to
turn the meter on. The
flashing test strip symbol
appears.

"Set-up" flashes on the
display.
3. Press and release
repeatedly until you reach
the display with the bell
sym b ol, "OFF", and the
flashing "set-up" and
